Do I need to switch payment processors to use DisputeProof?
No. DisputeProof works alongside whatever processor you use today, including Stripe, Square, PayPal, NMI, and others. You enter dispute notices into the workspace manually or paste from your processor portal, upload your evidence, and we handle the rest. Switching processors is a future option, not a requirement.
What does "through arbitration" actually mean?
A chargeback has multiple phases. First, you respond to the initial dispute. If the issuer rejects your response, the case escalates to pre-arbitration. Most processors file a pre-arb response and stop there. If pre-arb is rejected, the case can go to arbitration, where a card-network panel makes a binding decision. DisputeProof helps you keep building your case through arbitration, the phase that actually determines whether you keep the money.
What is included in the $997 onboarding fee?

Are there per-case or per-win fees?
No. The $97/month covers unlimited cases and every phase from representment through arbitration. We do not take a cut of recovered funds. What you win, you keep.
How fast can I get a case running?
Same day. The workspace is ready the moment payment clears — Visa and Mastercard reason-code templates are pre-mapped, so you can file your first case immediately. That includes reconstructing cases already mid-cycle if pre-arbitration is still open.
What if my business has no live chargebacks right now?
